Cyber Forensics has undertaken work for both Prosecution and Defence in criminal cases, Appellant and Defendant in civil cases and latterly as Single Joint Expert under the new Civil Procedure Rules in the United Kingdom.  We have also undertaken a wide variety of work in internal investigations for audit or disciplinary purposes and work closely with IT and employment personnel on site.
Dealing solely with factual evidence, on the rare occasions where evidence of opinion may be relevant, we do not compromise our position by "tailoring" our reports.  In cases such as these we ensure that the evidence we present is a reliable estimate of the probabilities involved.
