Cyber Forensics adhere to a number of rules and guidelines such as the Civil Procedure Rules, Practice Direction, Criminal Procedure Rules and ACPO Good Practice Guide for Computer based Electronic Evidence.

Our Director of Forensics, Chris Magee, is registered with the Council for the registration of Forensic Practitioners, which ensures that we work to high professional standards. In order to be part of the register each practitioner must have gone through the CRFP’s robust registration process and be reassessed periodically to ensure they remain fit to practise.

Registration with the CRFP is the definitive mark of forensic competency.
